چکیده
The healing of bone defects after a fracture remains key issue to be addressed. Globally, more than 20 million patients experience annually. Among all artificial repair materials that can aid healing, implantable scaffolds made from mineralized collagen (MC) base have the strongest bionic properties. MC/PLGA scaffold, created by adding Poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) copolymer (PLGA) and magnesium metal MC substrate, plays powerful role in promoting because, on one hand, it has good biocompatibility similar MC; other addition PLGA provides scaffold with an interconnected porous structure, allows perform anti-inflammatory, osteogenic, angiogenic activities. Using latest 3D printing technology for fabrication, is possible model advance according requirement produce therapeutic suitable various bone-defect shapes less time effort, which promote tissue regeneration maximum extent. This study reviews material selection technical preparation scaffolds, progress their research defect treatment.

Advances in Collagen/Hydroxyapatite Composite Materials
The annually necessary human bone grafts are in continuous grown due to the increasing of fractals, congenital and non-congenital diseases. Based on statistical reports (Murugan and Ramakrishna 2005), only in USA about 6.3 million fractures occur every year and about 550.000 of these require bone grafting. The most frequently fractures occur at the level of hip, ankle, tibia and fibula. Due to ...

15 صفحه اولBMP-2 plasmid loaded PLGA/HAp composite scaffolds for treatment of bone defects in nude mice.
We studied three different types of scaffolds, encapsulating bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) plasmid, in terms of their performances in bone regeneration in nude mice. The plasmid was loaded into fibrous matrices in three different ways: coating of naked DNA (Group A) or DNA/chitosan nanoparticles (Group B) onto scaffolds after fiber fabrication by dripping, and encapsulation of DNA/chitos...
